How to Use This Site

This website has five major sections to help you discover tools for finding peace in panic:

Calming: The first priority for those who suffer from anxiety and panic is to calm your brain and return to a state of peace. Without that, it’s difficult to impossible to move on to the other strategies.

Re-wiring: The great thing is that the brain you have today does not need to be the brain you have tomorrow, next week, or next decade. Your brain is pliable and changeable by changing your behavior and your thoughts. You can some of this on your own, and some of it with the help of counselors.

Caring: Taking regular care of your brain is essential if you want relief and healing from anxiety and panic. Caring for your brain is about prevention of problems as well as giving your strategies of calming and re-wiring a fighting chance by giving them the tools they need while also not inadvertently sabotaging them.

Fighting: I know what it’s like to want to give up and to be tempted by the lie that there is no hope and that the current situation is as good as it’s going to get. This section of the website is there to remind you of the need to not give up and keep fighting for relief and new life.

Resources: This part of this website is a goldmine of careful curated resources to equip you in your journey towards relief and healing from anxiety and panic. I’ve included brief descriptions and reviews of books categorized in the first three categories above along with links to buy them on Amazon. Disclaimer: if you buy a book through the link on this site, I may eventually receive a small commission from Amazon as a result. This helps to pay for the costs associated with hosting the site.

I’ve also included recommended apps, audio and video resources, inspiring quotes, a link to a company that does mental health related DNA testing, and information about nutraceuticals and my preferred places to buy them.

Feel free to bounce around the site in any order that you find helpful and come back often. The site will still be in final stages of construction until the first half of Marh 2024. At some point later in the first half of 2024 I may also offer periodic blog articles with new content.
